Processing and Viewing Your Orders

Your credit card is charged immediately upon receipt of your order and we will process and dispatch your order as soon as stock becomes available.

You will always receive a email confirming that your order has been received by Vision Hifi showing the items you have ordered together with pricing and a order number reference for your information.

To view your pending or shipped orders, simply Log In to our site and proceed to your Account page where you can view all your orders and personal details.
